Job summary

Essity in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to lead market, consumer, and shopper data analysis to drive strategic decisions. You will design, execute, and synthesize studies across brands and categories, delivering actionable insights.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with collaboration across marketing, sales, and strategy teams, and requires experience with syndicated data tools and strong data storytelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of market research experience in CPG
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen, Circana, Numerator and/or Kantar
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and storytelling with data
• Experience managing external vendors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, consumer, shopper, and customer data to identify opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
