Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to generate new business and expand accounts.
• Strong data synthesis and client communication skills.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with product/service innovation in healthcare market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects with strategic alignment.
• Develop partnerships with senior pharma/biotech leaders and provide strategic guidance.
• Drive account expansion and identify opportunities across client portfolios.
• Operate with high autonomy to exceed expectations and ensure project success.
• Develop and mentor teams; contribute to leadership initiatives across ZoomRx.
