Job summary

ZoomRx Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Insights Leader to oversee high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects, aligning them with client objectives in pharma and biotech.

You will partner with senior clients to deliver strategic guidance, drive business development, and expand the client portfolio. You will mentor teams, shape service offerings, and contribute to leadership initiatives while operating remotely across the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences market research and consulting experience, with demonstrated BD support
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or quantitative field
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights
• Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence functions; qualitative research experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring strategic alignment and actionable recommendations
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with senior pharma and biotech leaders, delivering strategic guidance
• Drive account expansion, identify new business opportunities, and expand ZoomRx's client portfolio
