Job summary

Hygiena seeks a Market Development, Senior Specialist to advance market penetration and customer adoption for dynamic diagnostics solutions. This remote, full-time role collaborates with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to translate strategy into actionable programs, develop compelling content, and empower commercial teams.

Travel up to 15% may be required. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Food Science or Business with at least 5 years in related marketing or market development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety or related field with marketing knowledge, or marketing/business with food industry insight.
• Minimum 5 years in Market Development, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or related role.
• Experience creating marketing campaigns, sales enablement content, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions and messaging.
• Experience supporting product launches and customer adoption in B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute Market Development initiatives aligned with strategic direction.
• Translate initiatives into commercial programs that drive market penetration.
• Support market research, segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
• Monitor trends, performance, and adoption metrics; propose improvements.
• Lead development of sales enablement assets and training programs.
