Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Market Development Leader II in Chattanooga, TN to partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors. Under the Sales Operations Director, you will drive market penetration, sales profitability, and implement store-level promotions and planograms.

You will travel frequently (75–90%), lead cross-functional workshops, and assure adherence to GMPs, OSHA, FDA standards, and company policies while building strong IO/distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in sales operations or related role.
• Experience with Independent Operators and distributor relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategies to IOs and distributors.
• Maintain relationships with IOs and distributors to grow market share.
• Prepare weekly volume, inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Plan and participate in workshops with the Sales Operations Director and MDL team.
• Visit stores to promote display concepts and product promotions.
