Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health policy, life sciences, engineering, business, health economics, public health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in U.S. healthcare or related environment.
• 2+ years of direct experience in reimbursement, market access, coding, or payer strategy.
• Strong communication of complex information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of U.S. market access and reimbursement strategies for icobrain.
• Assess coding, coverage, payment, and reimbursement considerations affecting access.
• Translate payer information into practical recommendations for internal partners.
• Build payer-facing materials communicating icobrain’s value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support payer discussions.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and translate it into actions.
