GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement to shape U.S. reimbursement and market access strategies for icobrain. The role is hands-on, supporting payer engagement, coding and coverage, provider education, and cross-functional business needs.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, policy, life sciences, engineering, business, health economics, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within U.S. healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, health technology, or a related environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in U.S. reimbursement, market access, coding, coverage, payment, payer strategy, health policy, or a closely related area.
• Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare reimbursement environment, including coding, coverage, payment, and payer considerations.
• Experience supporting or owning projects that required research, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage changing priorities, and operate effectively in an evolving environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilités

• Market Access and Reimbursement Strategy: Support the development and execution of U.S. market access and reimbursement strategies for icobrain.
• Payer and Stakeholder Engagement: Support engagement with payers, providers, medical societies, and other stakeholders; develop payer-facing materials.
• Reimbursement Education and Customer Support: Create resources, provide guidance on reimbursement topics, and train internal teams.
• Coding, Coverage, and Policy Analysis: Research ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS guidance and assess impact on icobrain.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Move initiatives from concept to execution with strong collaboration.
