GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement to shape U.S. reimbursement and market access strategies for icobrain, an imaging solution supporting clinical decision-making. This hands-on role spans payer engagement, coding, coverage, and provider education in a fast-evolving environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in U.S. healthcare reimbursement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to move between strategy and execution while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health policy, life sciences, engineering, business, health economics, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in U.S. healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or health technology.
• Minimum of 2 years in U.S. reimbursement, market access, coding, coverage, payment, payer strategy, health policy, or related area.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of U.S. market access and reimbursement strategies for icobrain.
• Assess coding, coverage, payment, and reimbursement considerations affecting access.
• Translate reimbursement data into actionable recommendations for internal partners.
• Identify access barriers and support implementation.
• Monitor CMS, payer policy developments and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance market access initiatives.
