GE HealthCare in the United States (Maine) is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement to shape and execute U.S. reimbursement strategies for icobrain, an imaging solution enhancing clinical decision-making and patient care.

The role is hands-on and cross-functional, supporting payer engagement, coding, coverage, provider education, and cross-functional business needs. Candidates should have a strong foundation in U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health policy, life sciences, engineering, business, health economics, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within U.S. healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, health technology, or related environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in U.S. reimbursement, market access, coding, coverage, payment, payer strategy, or closely related area.
• Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare reimbursement environment, including coding, coverage, payment, and payer considerations.
• Experience supporting or owning projects that required research, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage changing priorities, and operate effectively in an evolving environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Aufgaben

• Support development and execution of U.S. market access and reimbursement strategies for icobrain.
• Assess coding, coverage, payment, and reimbursement considerations affecting access.
• Translate reimbursement and payer information into practical recommendations for internal partners.
• Help identify access barriers, evaluate solutions, and support implementation.
• Monitor CMS, Medicare MAC, commercial payer, coding, and reimbursement policy developments.
• Use data, research, and stakeholder insights to prioritize market access activities.
• Support engagement with payers, providers, medical societies, and advocacy groups.
• Develop payer-facing materials that communicate icobrain’s value.
• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, Evidence Generation, HEOR, Advocacy, and other teams.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare for payer, provider, and customer conversations and capture feedback.
