Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or related field with strong academic record.
• 5+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare, devices, or diagnostics.
• 2+ years directly in reimbursement, market access, coding, or payer strategy.
• Ability to explain complex reimbursement concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. market access and reimbursement strategies for icobrain.
• Assess coding, coverage, payment, and payer considerations affecting access.
• Translate payer information into actionable internal recommendations.
• Identify access barriers, evaluate solutions, and support implementation.
• Monitor CMS and payer policy developments; prioritize activities using data.
• Engage with payers, providers, and stakeholders; build cross-functional relationships.
