Job summary

BioTalent is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor or Account Group Supervisor to lead payer and patient support communications for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This remote US role focuses on market access, payer engagement, and patient services, combining day-to-day leadership with strategic client partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Proven budget management and forecasting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day client lead across market access and patient support accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead project planning, timelines, budgets, forecasting, and resource management.
• Coordinate closely with strategy, scientific, creative, digital, and project management teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on payer communications, reimbursement resources, patient support materials, and access-focused initiatives.
• Drive organic account growth and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor and develop junior account team members.
• Support new business opportunities, including proposal development and pitch preparation.
