Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Account Supervisor for Market & Patient Access. This remote, United States-based role involves leading high-visibility, large-scale projects and guiding a team through development and implementation.

You will manage budgets, coordinate invoicing, and partner with creative teams to deliver brand-aligned work. The position requires at least four years in an agency or consulting setting with market and patient access experience, plus solid pharma marketing

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of relevant agency or consulting experience.
• Market and patient access support experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of general pharmaceutical marketing and sales, disease state, and product science.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client budgets, timely estimates, and ensure compliance; revise as needed.
• Assist in financial control; coordinate with billing and invoicing; prepare regular reporting.
• Partner with creative services to lead project development and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Foster a cohesive team; ensure understanding of clients’ products and services.
• Manage project communications within the team.
