• Strong understanding of the evolving healthcare ecosystem, including payers, IDNs, health systems, and value-based care trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across market access and payer functions.
• Lead development and presentation of integrated market access strategies aligned with client goals.
• Guide client teams and cross-functional partners to translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer communications.
• Oversee program leadership, budgets, and timely, high-quality delivery of projects.
• Coach and develop a high-performing account team and drive client engagement.
