Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 8+ years in pharmaceutical market access, preferably biosimilars.
• Direct experience in U.S. biosimilars market access and payer strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership at director level with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. market access strategies for biosimilars, including coverage, reimbursement, pricing, contracting, and distribution.
• Assess payer/provider opportunities and develop actionable access strategies.
• Provide insights for pipeline evaluation, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor market and policy trends affecting biosimilar access and adoption.
• Develop customer/account strategies for payers, health plans, GPOs, and health systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Trade, and Contract Analytics on pricing opportunities.
• Translate payer insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead market access workstreams for pipeline, pre-commercialization, and launch activities.
• Identify access barriers and support launch readiness and post-launch performance.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate market access into commercial plans.
