Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in pharma market access.
• 2+ years direct U.S. biosimilars market access experience.
• Experience leading strategic market access initiatives in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. biosimilars market access strategies including coverage, reimbursement, pricing, and contracting.
• Assess payer, provider, health system, and GPO opportunities to support commercialization goals.
• Lead cross-functional market access workstreams for pipeline and launches.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal/Compliance on access requirements.
