You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Hotel, Marine, Design, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. The role requires driving cost-effective solutions, aligning with safety and brand guidelines, and presenting results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical, Electronic, and Power Engineering and 10+ years’ experience in shipping industry, classification society or similar.
• Experience leading diverse project portfolios with on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Directs and drives ship electrical projects to meet time, budget, safety, and brand standards.
• Liaises with Hotel, Culinary, Marine, Design, Finance, Procurement, IT, and shipyards to align requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecast and planning with project managers and technical managers.
• Audit plans and provide detailed reports on project status and safety compliance.
• Visit vessels for familiarization and evaluate new technology for fleet deployment.
