Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations (GMO) seeks a Senior Manager, Marine Brand Operations BPO to lead transformation initiatives and coordinate with shipboard leaders. The role requires deep experience in marine operations and change management, with the ability to operate both shoreside and aboard vessels.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and maritime certifications, and will drive delivery across transformation programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation initiatives in marine operations.
• Ability to work ashore and at sea with shipboard leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; maritime certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across GMO and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with shipboard leaders including Captains and Chief Engineers.
• Develop transformation roadmap and sequencing across programs.
• Design rollout plans accounting for shipboard life and crew rotation.
• Partner with Marine Digital team to deploy shipboard tools.
• Share knowledge to improve transformation design.
