Moran seeks a Risk Manager to be the analytical owner of risk financing and claims administration across its maritime, environmental, industrial, infrastructure, and rail operations. You will coordinate renewals, manage allocations and deductible analyses, and serve as the enterprise resource on policy coverage questions, working with operations, finance, legal, HR, and brokers to minimize risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Maritime Studies, Law, or a related field required.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, insurance, claims, or maritime operations, with 2 years in a management capacity.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in dashboards and RMIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise risk management initiatives and monitor diverse risks across operations.
• Lead insurance analytics, premium allocations, deductibles, and cost-of-risk measurements.
• Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance workflows.
• Oversee claims management across marine, liability, and property lines and liaise with Legal and brokers.
