Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide service and support to Honda Marine dealers in Phoenix. You will conduct dealer visits, educate personnel on policies and product details, and act as the primary liaison to resolve issues and gather feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications

• College diploma in business or technical field or relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of technical experience and two years of management in marine or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, drive lines, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technical equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support dealers and retail customers with technical expertise.
• Deliver technical training and motivate dealership personnel.
• Assist with specialized projects and Techline calls.
• Build understanding of Honda Marine operations and dealer responsibilities.
