Qualifications

• Port/marine design experience aligning with US codes (ASCE/ACI).
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1–2 years (CA preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineer, Package Coordinator, or Manager.
• Apply sound engineering principles for cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct marine structural engineering and design.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support objectives.
• Prepare drawings, RFIs, specs, and models.
• Perform site visits and construction support.
• Lead proposals and business development materials.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Mentor graduates in port and marine disciplines.
