Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineer, Package Coordinator, or Manager on engagements, overseeing technical teams, workstreams, deliverables, budgets, client interactions, and issue resolution.
• Apply sound engineering principles to provide efficient, cost-effective solutions in multidisciplinary environments.
• Conduct marine structural engineering and design in line with standards and client needs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering data to support objectives.
• Prepare and review drawings, RFIs, permit applications, specifications, design reports, models, and diagrams.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and construction support as required.
• Lead proposals and business development materials, building client relationships.
• Mentor staff and develop graduates in port and marine competencies.
