RINA seeks a Senior Marine Structural Engineer to join our Plant Engineering Division in the U.S. Locations include Houston, Sunrise/Ft. Lauderdale, Boston, or Chicago/Lisle. You will lead marine structural design from concept through construction and handover.

You will work on berthing and waterfront projects, manage mooring analysis, pile design, and ensure compliance with ASCE 7, AISC, UFC 4-152-01, and USACE permitting requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas Professional Engineer license (civil or structural).
• Minimum 10 years in marine structural engineering for pile‑supported waterfronts.
• Experience with USACE permit drawing standards and submittals.

Aufgaben

• Lead marine structural engineering for berth and waterfront infrastructure from concept through construction and handover.
• Oversee design of berthing, mooring systems, and related structural components.
• Coordinate with mooring analysis software and BIM/CAD environments.
• Prepare construction drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Supervise field activities: piling, welding, coatings, and testing; ensure QA/QC.
