Responsibilities

• Lead large customer projects and Marine Products following company policies and processes.
• Orchestrate complex contracts and modernization projects at installed base sites.
• Manage relationships with customers and third parties within project scope; ensure execution per contract.
• Serve as the primary contact for marine customers’ operations; coordinate global engagement and post-sales support.
• Drive operational excellence, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress and post-sales support cases, including emergencies, warranty, and technical questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams for multi-country service execution.
