Job summary

Florida Detroit Diesel Allison is seeking a Marine Sales Project Manager to oversee projects from inception through final delivery and warranty. You will manage the full lifecycle, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment of customer expectations with company processes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proven ability to manage projects with a focus on cost, schedule, and quality in a marine manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from sales quotation to warranty period.
• Implement and maintain reports for project lifecycle management.
• Develop plans for implementation and administration of projects.
• Coordinate customer communication and change orders to meet expectations.
• Ensure delivery and P&L targets are met by identifying issues and correcting them.
• Review BOM costs and align with manufacturing requirements.
