Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 3–7 years related experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Ability to manage customer needs while following procedures.
• Ability to lead and organize a project to completion.
• Prior manufacturing, production control, project management, and/or sales experience.
• Prior Marine industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from sales quotes through post-completion warranty.
• Maintain reports to manage the project lifecycle.
• Develop and recommend project implementation plans.
• Coordinate customer communication and change orders.
• Ensure on-time delivery and meet P&L, quality, and engineering goals.
• Review BOM costs against manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews and assess financial and production processes.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures.
