Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent work experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• PM experience required; PMP certification desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs; MIL specs familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and strategize project execution from contract to delivery, align with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team through project steps; set priorities and ownership.
• Monitor costs, resource usage, and margins; manage internal and supplier components.
• Identify risks to cost, schedule, and revenue; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for teams and customers; provide regular project updates.
• Ensure contract requirements are met; support quality and documentation processes.
