Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Commercial Logistics Business Improvement Sr Advisor I in Houston, TX. The role guides end-to-end logistics processes, SAP/TMS integration, and cross-functional collaboration to enable new and improved business capabilities.

The position emphasizes system solutions, process optimization, and leadership across advisory teams, with a focus on delivering enterprise value within a large energy company.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in Commercial, Commercial Support, or Marine logistics/transportation.
• Technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA and TMS applications.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and/or R/3 with vendor billing, nominations, and shipment cost docs.
• Knowledge of Commercial operations and refinery processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across business improvement and logistics system projects.
• Mentor colleagues and develop team capability.
• Drive processes to improve efficiency with consistent standards.
• Serve as SME for Commercial logistics systems and processes.
• Design system solutions and configurations; work with IT on integration issues.
• Lead regression testing across logistics and trade systems.
