Phillips 66 in Houston, TX seeks a Commercial Logistics Business Improvement Advisor III to lead and support process improvement and business analysis across Commercial, Global Supply Chain, and Logistics. This is an advanced advisor role responsible for developing, executing, and delivering improvement plans aligned with business priorities for assigned Commercial functions.
The Advisor owns process development, improvement, optimization, and sustainability, providing leadership by influence
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of direct experience in oil and gas logistics or transportation.
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA and/or R/3 experience with vendor billing, nominations, shipment costs, and ticketing.
- Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsabilités
- Own business process development, improvement, and sustainability for assigned functions.
- Analyze current state, define future state, and shape change strategies.
- Serve as the SME for logistics systems and SAP/TMS changes.
- Guide internal customers toward best practices and KPIs.
- Facilitate change management and adoption post go-live.
- Support system upgrades, data integration, and freight management projects.
