Job summary

Phillips 66 in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Logistics Business Improvement Advisor III who leads process improvement and business analysis across Commercial, Global Supply Chain, and Logistics. You will own future-state processes, define change strategies, and drive adoption of new tools and KPIs to realize benefits.

The role requires 5+ years in oil and gas logistics, SAP S/4HANA/R3 experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and U.S. work authorization.
5+ years in oil and gas logistics or transportation.
5+ years SAP S/4HANA/R3 with vendor billing, nominations, and cost documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Own process development, improvement, and sustainability for assigned functions.
Analyze current state and define future state with change strategy.
Translate operational needs into system requirements for SAP and TMS.
Guide stakeholders to best practices and develop KPIs.
Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes.
Collaborate with IT to define SAP/system changes for transport logistics.
Monitor SAP interfaces and troubleshoot complex issues.
Translate analytics into actionable reporting and recommendations.
Support go-live, stabilization, and hyper-care.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users.
Manage multiple projects with timelines and priorities.
