Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Marine Technical Support professional to deliver technical service, training, and dealer education. The role travels to marine dealers to assist, educate, and resolve issues, enhancing customer satisfaction.

You will be the liaison between Honda Marine and dealers, supporting product policies and service operations through scheduled Techline activities and dealer visits.

Qualifications

• College education in business or an industrial field preferred, or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Vocational or marine technical training education is desirable.
• Three years of technical experience and at least two years of management experience at retail/wholesale level in marine or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for dealers and retail customers
• Provide field technical product information
• Provide technical training information and motivation
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Support Techline call duties on a scheduled basis
