Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in marine technical sales, outboard service, and distributor management.
• Strong mechanical and electrical understanding of marine engines and rigging.
• Willingness to travel internationally across Central America and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales and wholesale distribution of Honda Marine engines across distributor networks.
• Deliver hands-on technical diagnostic and repair training to distributor technicians.
• Advise on engine matching, rigging, and propeller selection for boats.
• Provide distributor marketing support including boat shows and campaigns.
• Manage export sales planning, forecast, and field quality reporting.
