Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Product Support Specialist in Hudson, NH to support Raymarine Technical Support. You'll field escalated calls, manage CRM cases, and deliver in-person training across the Americas, acting as a key liaison between customers and engineering.

Ideal candidates have electronics know-how, strong troubleshooting ability, and comfort with CRM/VOIP tools. Travel up to 30% and a background in SAAS or marine tech is a plus; HS diploma required with university

Qualifications

Electronics technical know-how; marine industry a plus.
Technical troubleshooting background in a technology company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, team player, adaptable in ambiguous scenarios.
Windows OS experience (Office, Teams).
CRM & VOIP experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, Nice InContact).
Remote customer support experience (AnyDesk).
Willingness to travel up to ~30% annually.
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

Take escalated support calls and resolve with clear communication for Raymarine and FLIR Maritime products.
Manage CRM cases with high volume and rapid response expectations.
Perform in-person training and limited field service work.
Coordinate with in-house and field service for after-sales support lifecycle.
Provide real-world feedback to engineering for product improvements.
Develop into SME across product ranges.
Handle additional duties as assigned.
