Job summary

You will review policies for coverage, direct experts and outside counsel, analyze liability and damages, and set reserves within your authority while maintaining high service standards.

You will negotiate settlements, prepare coverage letters, and participate in mediations and trials as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims experience
• Bodily injury claims knowledge including litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage outside vendors and counsel
• Willingness to travel 10-15%
