Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Manufacturing Training Program Manager to build and scale our manufacturing talent development programs. You will own the training ecosystem, including LMS, onboarding, and partnerships with colleges, workforce boards, and industry partners, to support scalable manufacturing growth.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, Recruiting, HR, Quality, and external partners, driving KPIs like certification rates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, manufacturing, education, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing training, workforce development, or operations program management.
• Experience administering LMS or enterprise training platforms.
• Strong program management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing onboarding systems and competency-based learning.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, or government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale manufacturing training programs across production operations.
• Coordinate instructor-led, on-the-job, and digital training for manufacturing staff.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate readiness and productivity.
• Develop cross-training strategies to improve workforce versatility.
• Collaborate with engineering, EHS, quality, and external partners on curricula and certifications.
