Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Manufacturing Training Program Manager to build and scale manufacturing talent development programs that support its growing production operations.

The role combines operational excellence with workforce strategy, delivering onboarding and technical training while forging partnerships with education and government organizations to create sustainable manufacturing pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing training or related.
• Experience administering LMS or enterprise training platforms.
• Strong program management experience.
• Experience developing training programs and onboarding systems.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with educational institutions or workforce organizations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using data/metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and improvement of manufacturing training programs.
• Schedule and administer instructor-led, on-the-job, and digital training.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate readiness.
• Develop cross-training strategies for workforce versatility.
• Lead partnerships with public agencies and educational institutions.
• Manage LMS ownership, qualification tracking, and audit readiness.
• Develop scalable training infrastructure and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate candidate referrals and workforce program participation.
