Job summary

Skydio in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Training Program Manager to build and scale talent development across production operations, covering onboarding, digital training, and certification programs.

You will own the LMS, partner with Manufacturing, Production, EHS, and Quality, and develop workforce partnerships and public funding initiatives to sustain manufacturing growth. The role emphasizes data-driven improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing training, workforce development, or operations program management.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems.
• Strong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing training programs and onboarding systems.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with educational institutions or government agencies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across technical and external stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and improvement of manufacturing training programs across production operations.
• Schedule and administer instructor-led, on-the-job, and digital training for manufacturing employees.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate readiness and productivity.
• Develop cross-training strategies for workforce versatility.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs such as certification rates and time-to-proficiency.
• Develop standardized work instructions and curricula for compliance and new products.
• Lead workforce development partnerships and hiring initiatives.
