Job summary

Jergens, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift CNC Manufacturing Supervisor in Cleveland, OH to lead the CNC machining and assembly team. The role focuses on meeting production goals, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will plan work, train staff, hire and evaluate personnel, and coordinate with customers and internal teams. Requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in CNC machining and a high school diploma; some college preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a CNC machining department.
• High school education required; some college preferred.
• Able to lead people to achieve safety, quality, productivity and cost goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team on the CNC machining and assembly operations on 3rd shift.
• Plan work and coordinate workflow to balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale.
• Train and develop the manufacturing team; hire, evaluate, and reward performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations.
