Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, HR, Business Admin, Science, or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment; regulated industry desirable.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, organization, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to engage employees in classroom and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees with minimal disruption.
• Manage training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements to stay current with job responsibilities.
• Administer LMS including training assignments, completion tracking, qualification status, master data, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready training records in line with procedures and retention requirements.
• Provide supervisors and site leadership with timely reports on training completion, certification status, overdue assignments, and trends.
• Support internal and external audits by retrieving training documentation and assisting with observations.
