Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced TPM to manage server and rack manufacturing programs across our North America footprint, partnering with ODMs and CMs to meet build plans, yield targets, and on-time datacenter shipments. The role requires close collaboration with design, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and global supplier teams to drive improvements and scale operations.

You will produce weekly leadership updates and navigate complex vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience working with cross-geographic vendors in the ODM/CM model.
• Experience owning manufacturing or operations metrics — yield, cycle time, throughput or work-in-process — and driving measurable improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing programs end to end across ODM and CM partners: build rate, yield, first-pass test cycle time and on-time shipment to datacenter.
• Establish operating cadence with each partner — weekly build and recovery reviews and clear commitments.
• Own material readiness, constraint resolution, and cross-functional plan to clear bottlenecks.
• Drive manufacturing readiness for new rack platforms and gate ramp decisions on yield and cycle time.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics to align manufacturing plans.
• Build reporting layer and metrics to describe manufacturing health for senior leadership.
