Job summary

Annapurna Labs in Austin is seeking an experienced TPM to manage server and rack manufacturing programs across the North America footprint, coordinating with ODMs and CM partners to hit build rate, rolled-through yield, test cycle time, and on-time shipment.

You will reconcile partner reports with test data and design intent, driving cross-functional plans to remove constraints and improve manufacturing throughput. This role blends factory-floor rigor with data-driven program management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• 7+ years collaborating with engineering teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• Experience with cross-geographic ODM/CM vendors.
• Experience owning manufacturing metrics: yield, cycle time, throughput, or WIP.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing programs end to end with ODM/CM partners across North America.
• Establish operating cadence with each partner – weekly build and recovery reviews, clear commitments, and escalation paths.
• Own material readiness, operational support and constraint resolution across sites.
• Drive manufacturing readiness for new rack platforms with gate decisions based on yield and cycle time.
• Coordinate across Design/Manufacturing/QA/Supply Chain/Logistics; manufacturing sits between design intent and deployed capacity.
• Build reporting layer and metrics for leadership visibility on shipped, at-risk, and upcoming needs.
