Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or manufacturing engineering required.
• 8+ years of hardware, manufacturing, or test solutions experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Test Engineering organization.
• Define the test engineering roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive cost-effective test solutions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product Eng, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and test infrastructure.
