Job summary

Jabil in Tennessee seeks a Test Engineer IV to provide senior leadership for manufacturing test operations, defining and sustaining safe, robust test strategies for high-voltage systems (480VAC/120VAC), 24VDC controls, hipot, pressure, leak testing, and automated test solutions.

You will drive design-for-testability, mentor engineers and technicians, and ensure test processes meet Jabil and regulatory requirements while supporting NPI readiness and process improvements with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years in manufacturing test.
• Experience with high-voltage testing and safety-critical testing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive DFT and NPI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering strategies covering HV, leak, and pressure testing.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to deliver safe, repeatable test solutions.
