Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for test strategy and high-volume production readiness of EW hardware. You will drive automation, data analytics, and UI improvements to ensure quality and throughput across product lines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years as a people manager leading manufacturing test engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW, or other test automation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives, and assess outcomes.
• Oversee improvements of the manufacturing test strategy for scalable operations across products.
• Collaborate with SEIT and development engineering for design testability and production integration.
• Lead advancements in automation, test data analysis, and cost-effective testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across product lines from system checks to component validation.
