Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Test Engineering to oversee production test systems for high-volume products.

The role emphasizes rigorous testing protocols, automation, data analytics, and scalable throughput across platforms from pre-production LRIP to full FRP. You’ll lead a team, ensure plant-wide testing standards, collaborate with product development for testability, and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing test engineering leadership.
• Expertise in Linux, C#, Python, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and testing standards.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment.
• Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware.
• Familiar with PLM, MES, TES systems.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary electrical, mechanical, software projects.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Architect and oversee test strategy for scalable production.
• Advance testing through automation, uniformity, and efficiency.
• Evaluate test data and identify product/process improvements.
• Communicate visions to stakeholders to scale from LRIP to FRP.
• Collaborate with product development for design testability.
• Lead procurement and ROI analyses for new test equipment.
• Promote safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity via testing.
• Foster innovation and accountability in the engineering org.
• Serve as technical authority on manufacturing test issues.
• Design maintenance and calibration protocols for test equipment.
