Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead the EW Manufacturing Team, overseeing testing protocols and throughput for high-volume defense hardware. You will drive automation, data analytics, and scalable test strategies across multiple products, ensuring high quality and efficient production.

This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in test engineering, PCBA testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and product

Qualificações

• 8+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years as a people manager in manufacturing test engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Linux, C#, Python, NixOS, LabVIEW or similar test automation.
• Familiar with PCBA/electronic assembly testing and testing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives, and assess outcomes.
• Oversee improvements to the manufacturing test strategy for scalable production across products.
• Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering for design testability and production integration.
• Lead advancements in automation, uniformity, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain test capabilities across products from system checkouts to component-level validation.
• Evaluate test data, identify improvements, and communicate findings.
