Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on manufacturing experience in relevant fields
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Proven ability to lead tasks across production areas
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform mechanical assembly and hardware preparation, guiding junior technicians
• Perform electrical and wiring tasks per diagrams
• Oversee material prep and kitting per BOM, verify traceability
• Execute manufacturing operations including deburring, cleaning, fastening
• Support equipment setup and work cell preparation
• Mentor and train junior technicians on tools and processes
• Identify and report quality or safety concerns and drive resolution
• Maintain clean, safe work area and PPE compliance
