Job summary

Mycronic is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to join our Global Technologies division, focusing on die bonding within microelectronics and optoelectronics. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on electro-mechanical projects and ensure precise assembly and testing of products.

The role emphasizes following blueprints, maintaining production records, troubleshooting equipment, and potentially mentoring newer technicians while supporting a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with machine assembly, wiring, and test.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical orders to determine methods.
• Strong soldering experience (certification preferred).
• Able to complete complex assemblies and ensure proper interaction of components.
• Proficient use of measuring instruments such as digital multi-meters, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Responsibilities

• Follows blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met
• Maintain required records of production and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures
• Troubleshoot problems and make necessary adjustments to equipment set ups.
• Conduct testing of production output
• May train and mentor new technicians
