Job summary

Mycronic is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Global Technologies division in the Die Bonding business line. This hands-on role leads quality assurance across the product lifecycle, supplier networks, and manufacturing processes.

You will apply data-driven methods, drive CAPA, and partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to eliminate quality bottlenecks and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in quality, ISO/QMS knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in quality management or quality engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and QMS.
• Experience with NCR, MRB, and RMA processes.
• Experience documenting incoming components and finished goods.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier and internal audits to ensure ISO compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance with data-driven scorecards.
• Lead NCR investigations and CAPA from root cause to resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to fix line issues.
• Oversee product quality from design to final delivery.
• Track critical quality KPIs and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
