Job summary

Mycronic USA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to operate production equipment and assemble products. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on electro‑mechanical, optical and robotic projects in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read schematics and drawings, and strong troubleshooting skills. You will join a collaborative team focusing on precision, quality, and continuous improvement in a dynamic

Qualifications

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience with machine assembly, wiring, and test.
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical orders (ECN's).
  • Strong precision soldering experience (certification preferred).
  • Able to complete complex assemblies and ensure proper interaction of components.
  • Can troubleshoot simple wiring and electrical assemblies.
  • Ability to perform testing and troubleshooting in engineering tasks.
  • Proficient use of measuring instruments and tools.
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follows blueprints, guidelines and diagrams to meet product specs and tolerances.
  • Maintain records of production and report inconsistencies or equipment issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and adjust equipment setups as needed.
  • Conduct testing of production output.
  • May train and mentor new technicians.
