Job summary

Mycronic, a global high‑tech leader in electronics, seeks a Quality Engineer to own QA across the lifecycle—from raw materials to final delivery. You will apply data‑driven methods, lead root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement to sustain quality and supplier performance.

In the Die Bonding division, collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve line issues and ensure every unit meets rigorous standards for customers.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, and modern QA methodologies.
• Experience with quality-driven manufacturing processes and NCR/MRB.
• Strong written and oral communication; data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in CAPA processes and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits, including supplier audits, to ensure regulatory and ISO compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance with data-driven scorecards and issue improvements.
• Oversee CAPA from root-cause analysis to long-term resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to remove quality bottlenecks.
• Ensure product quality from design through delivery and report KPI trends.
• Drive continuous quality initiatives across the division.
